Custom Manifolds:
ZMC designs and manufactures hydraulic and
pneumatic manifolds for all types of
industries. We have designed small
pneumatic manifolds and larger (63mm DIN)
manifolds for the hydraulic industry.
We are not just a machine shop; our head
engineer has been a Certified Fluid Power
Specialist for over 14 years. We design
manifolds as a system first, making sure
all the components in that system work
together. We put a high emphasis on the
flow rates, pressure drops and pressures
that act within the manifold.
When we receive your schematic and bill of
materials, we check that your system will
work the way you intended it to. If we see
a potential problem with component
selection or the circuit itself, we’ll
call you and help you get it right.
For us to quote a manifold for you we need
the following:

System schematic, hand
sketch will do.

Bill of materials,
component list

Required port sizes and
locations, if know.

Envelope size, if there
are size restrictions.

Number of manifolds
used per year or production run.
